mess in mind by SpookyChan mess in mind by SpookyChan
character- Guy Salvatore.
from- my comic, "the god machine."
media- photoshop.

WArm up before i go do "serious" work. Started this last night for the hell of it, and finished it this morning.
More experimentation with nasty colors and pretty colors. Overall a very strange outcome. (i have no idea how i feel about it.)
This will prolly be making it's way to scraps eventually depending on how i feel about it later.

on a side note- it's good to be back in action. :)

oh! also, i'm keeping "chandra free" as my artist name. As an artist i will always be Chandra Free, as a wife i'll be Chandra ________. ^^;

Thank you!!! Yeah, this is an older piece and some of the older ones don't make the cut anymore on my website.

Also, thanks for finding me on DA! It's pretty much where I post all my work first and usually at all. I tend to forget to post to my website. ^^;; I'm forgetful that way.

Love your work and style. This piece is really awesome! Wish it were a stretch of about 5-8ft across.

thank you. ^^

yeah if it were that big, it would really have an impact. Almost in a larger context it would have a more urban feel to it. ^^

too few dare to make abstract art. I like this!

abstract art usually isn't taken very well. Though if you add a figure people tend to like it more, and it becomes more acessible to a wider audience. I personally enjoy it alot and find that it helps express the figures in a new way instead of a boring normal background, or no background.

Anyways, i'm glad you enjoye dthis piece. ^_^
