And yes, my first deviation where i finally illustrate characters from my all time fave movie (since it was released too! 1993 i believe is it's original street date) No real refference used minus casually looking at my figures.

The Nightmare Before Christmas is my favorite movie of all time. It came out when I was a child and I fell in love with it. Usually the fan art disappoints me. Mostly because the style transition from clay to art is hard to do and half the time it looks pretty ridiculous. Burton has always had a unique style and kind of like Johnen Vasquez it's a hard pair of shoes to fill. Honestly though, you pull it off wonderfully. Maybe it's because your style is morbid and just fits so well with the atmosphere of the characters and the film? Whatever it is this is one of my favorite pieces on DA at the moment. Jack's outfit is incredible. I have to say I like that as well; the fact that you created unique costumes for them both and they actually FIT them. I applaud you and :hug: you for not ruining it. Thank you and kudos.

I absolutely adore this movie...a 4 year running tradition, I watch it every Halloween and Christmas <3 Lovely job as always, and Happy Halloween! :D
